Tailr QR ID Tag for Pets (Slide Tag)

Tailr Pet offers a modern solution to a classic problem - identifying your pet if they should get lost.

Tailr's easy-to-use tags use simple-to-scan QR codes to link your pet's new ID tag to a profile that you create online.  If your pet were to be lost, anyone with a mobile phone will be able to scan their tag to access their profile, and alert you that they have been found. 

It's a simple idea with a big reach!  No monthly fees or special devices are needed ; you simply order a Tailr tag for your pet (offered in Classic hanging tags, or a slim-line Slide version), and create their online profile (see sample profile in the images below).

You can share relevant information like health, behavior, grooming, play, and food that might be helpful if you pet is found, or to their carers - dog walkers, vet, pet sitters, etc.  Each time someone scans their tag, you'll receive a notice as to when and where your pet's tag has been scanned.

Tailr tags are just as easy to set up as they are to use :

• Step 1 : Purchase your tag (Classic or Slide)
• Step 2 : Set up your pet's profile by downloading the Tailr app on your device and follow the prompts.

From there, anyone who scans the tag will be able to alert you if your pet was found, and see the information that you have listed.

Small Slide Tag

• Measurements: 0.55” x 0.63” x 0.051”

• Collar size: Fits a 3/8” collar
• Description: Best for small dog breeds, cats, and other small pets

Medium Slide Tag

• Measurements: 0.95” x 1.02” x 0.098”
• Collar size: Fits a 5/8” collar
• Description: The medium Slide Tag is perfect for small to medium-sized dogs who have an active, social lifestyle!

Large Slide Tag

• Measurements: 1.12” x 1.25” x 0.12”

• Collar size: Fits a 3/4” collar
• Description: Best for medium to large dog breeds

Please note : Tailr tags include the engraved Tailr name on one side of the tag, and a custom QR code on the other side.  They are not able to be custom engraved.
