- Outdoor Pulse Mode: The pulse mode extends the laser range up to 148 ft in bright light or outdoor conditions with a laser receiver. In pulse receiver mode, the laser lines are less visible to the human eye; The laser lines flash at a very high frequency, enabling detection by the receiver. (NOTE: Pulse mode needs to be used with the receiver, you need to buy it separately)
- Self-Leveling & Manual Mode: With the switch to the "ON" side, the tool is in self-leveling mode, which means the tool will level itself if it is within ±4° of horizontal. If the surface tilts more than 4 degrees, the laser will blink as an alarm; Slide the switch to "OFF" side and press the button for 2sec to turn on the laser in manual mode, the self-leveling feature is disabled, and lock lines for alignment to any angles
