The Women’s Nike Dunk High “Syracuse” is the women’s sizing of an original Dunk colorway from 1985’s “Be True to Your School” collection. Released by Nike in March 2021, the “Syracuse” Dunk High succeeds the low-top version of the shoe that was re-released in March 2020. The original “Syracuse” was part of the aforementioned collection of collegiate inspired Dunks that represented various college basketball programs in the mid-80s. As for the design, Orange Blaze overlays on the forefoot, eyelets, collar, and heel pop against the upper’s white leather base. The same bright hue of orange leather can be found on the Swoosh branding on either side, on the heel tab, and on the laces layered over the white mesh tongue. Classic Nike detailing is printed in orange on the nylon tongue tag. Underfoot, a white rubber midsole and orange outsole put the finishing touches on this true-to-original remake of the timeless Nike Dunk High “Syracuse.” Release date: March 10, 2021.
